knitted Christmas blanket project

It’s been how long? Two weeks? Are you sure…?

OK, I’ve been busy. It may not seem this way, but I really was busy. I ripped, and knitted, and ripped again, and knitted… AND RIPPED AGAIN, and knitted…

And this is how far I got:

Yes, my Christmas Comforter is coming out nicely – I’m very happy 🙂

It looks lovely Maris-Lis, I Like your pattern. Are you you using your yarn doubled ? either way it looks nice and airy. How many stitches do you have on there?

Thanks Tina. No, it’s not doubled. I am using DROPS Puna and I have 220 stitches. Yarn is soft and nice, but wool – so it’s a bit pain to work for me…

Mari-Liis, that is beautiful! With five dogs I’m not going to invest in knitted or crocheted afghans at this time but I’m thinking that with my remaining yarn from the shawl this would make a beautiful scarf!

Very beautiful! There.is nothing like the relief of getting past the ripping out, when everything comes together?
